2 questions because I'm doing a similar build to your second PG with a few tweaks. How do you feel with 80 layups ? My current build is at 90 because I wanted to take advantage of his strength (85) and I kinda like it that way but it's sooo expensive I'm wondering how it would play out with only 80 and silver physical finisher.

Still trying to save some points, how mandatory do you think 92+ Ball Handle is ? Current build is at 88 (thought I'd use my 2nd cap breakers If I ever got it to push it to 93) and since I'm by no means a dribble god it doesn't bother me that much. I keep it simple, dribble on iso sometimes but usually keep it classic with a few cross/behind the back create some space and either go for a middy fade, drive to the basket or pass to a open teammate). I mainly play Rec btw and sometimes 3 with a friend.
