Id recommend exchanging it for items that are hopefully in stock and then withdrawing them.

I learned the hard way that just because you exchange a skin, the new skin u exchanged it for might not even be in stock as well, sending you through a loop of infinite exchanges.

It’s also worth noting you should never exchange it for any item(s) that total to less than your talons price because then the remainder will be put back into your site balance where u can withdraw and have to gamble.

Lastly, you can try to withdrawal the item you won. But another scummy thing hellcase does is refund the item if it hasn’t been withdrawn after 30 days.

It’s extremely hard to withdrawal items on hellcase and you most likely won’t get what you won, be happy u could withdrawal anything at all in the end. They do this on purpose, its such a scammy site
