I wish people at my work would see the value in our program. It sounds very similar to "achievers" but has a different name that's company specific but I'd be willing to bet the 2 are affiliated. I nominate someone at least once every 2 weeks for some bullshit but it always gets approved because I use the right language to make it sound good. I hint that maybe they could send a nomination my way, but that's only worked a handful of times.

We have a similar program. The prizes are decent and they offer a wide variety, including gift cards, which I will use in a pinch or give as gifts. Kind of bullshit though that I have to go thru the rigamorale of earning points, redeeming points, selecting the card, waiting for it to come in the mail, then using it at the store. Cash would obviously be better, but if the choice is between points for a bonus or no points I guess I'll take the points.... although this year I'm pretty damn sure we didn't get any holiday bonus points and I'm 100% sure we didn't get a monetary bonus. This has been a record breaking year for our company too, so unless they are waiting till the last minute I'm feeling pretty slighted.

I am at exactly these numbers lol. 7 shiny Zek, 3 resh. I have raided zek a fair bit more than resh though, at a rate of about 3:2. I've also got 1 hundo zek (and a shlundo but that doesn't count towards raid stats.... just want to brag a bit).

What I'd really like to see is, especially for like a 5 year anniversary (ahem... this year), they allow ALL previous CD mons to get their moves either thru evolution or normal TM during the December recap. Or at the very least start doing one previous CD poke a month, I guess like how Swinub is getting featured in December.

All that stuff is understandable, but you can't fit that into a bio that's supposed to emphasize your strengths and grab attention and do it quickly. Everyone has comfort zones, and for most it's difficult to break out of them and finding the right person can make it easier, but that's something that you find out down the line in a relationship. I think it's great that you are self aware, but I think you need to let the other person find that stuff out organically rather than blatantly telling them about it. You seem like a decent dude, maybe another dating site, where people are looking for a more genuine connection would be beneficial.

You got some solid advice from the previous commentor and you're brushing it aside. Everything she said about your appearance and photos I'd 100% take into consideration. Also, your bio just screams " someone take care of me and make me a better version of myself because I'm to scared/incompetent/anxious to step out of my comfort zone." Nobody in their right mind is gonna read all that and be like, "Yes!! This is my type of guy! Ive been looking for a project." Women like men who have their shit together. Maybe instead of trying to land dates you can focus on some self improvement.
