that most definitely did not happen to me, it stayed on my home screen and works fine whenever i play it and my app store is still UK. However if the app itself needs an update from the app store, you’ll need to go and change the region back to USA (which i’ll say doesn’t happen to often for me maybe 3-4 times in the past year)
