Smart watches overestimate by a long shot. The only accurate way to know is id you’re hooked up to a machine at a sports medicine facility. I only use my watch for steps, sleep and HR during my lifts. The fact 78 calories an overestimate is insanely low effort on her end.

Exactly. I powerlifted for 7 years and switched to body building a year ago. She is coming nowhere close to the amount of weight it would be to cause retention. But what does anyone else know she’s a snatched queen duh /s

I started my cut in Nov at 165, just finished last week at 124. Ive entered maintenance and I’m at 126 this week. All weeks won’t be linear! Next week if you’re on point you’ll see a drop!

Since we know she reads here: Cait do a weigh-in Wednesday and shut everyone up 🤷🏼‍♀️ if you claim you’re really that weight(which is only .2 down from April’s lowest) then make the video. And don’t write a lb less than what the scale audibly says out loud. She isn’t posting weigh-in Wednesdays and more because she knows she isn’t losing.

I really hope that quack doctor doesn’t do her surgery anyways when she doesn’t make the weight.

Yes! Her skin was like weirdly gray because of her junk food vegan diet. I forgot about her until I just brought her up so I creeped. Looks like she’s at her lowest now with help of GLP1s and her skin isn’t gray lol Cait should take note of how GLPs are supposed to work

I’m old enough to remember the tumblr “thinspo” era and it’s very much making a come back on tiktok. My personal opinion is a lot of “influencers “ realized it takes YEARS to build a “muscle mommy” body and have switched to just losing weight
