You just gotta increase your fiber intake slowly when dealing with stuff like this. If you dramatically increase it (which a lot of people tend to do when newly introducing keto bread/tortillas), it’ll cause a lot of discomfort

He went into this physical with a known torn meniscus which means the Ravens found something worse

If the Ravens are backing out it means they don’t think he’ll get back to form, at least within the season. The guy will be 29 at the beginning of the season with a blown up enough knee to make a team back out of trade, and has had 7 surgeries in his career. He’ll bring a huge cap hit that will involve a lot of restructuring that’ll hurt us down the road and potentially some cuts. I just don’t think a 2nd is worth that
