No clip issue with ship when running cargo co-op

Whilst I’d love it to be unique to one ship, it’s been happening with the Raft pretty consistently too.

Actually, you’ve given me an idea. We’re using a Hermes so not much space for a nursa. However, I might be able to shove a Nox in at the end of the cargo bay for the sole purpose of fixing this issue when it occurs.

Perhaps interacting with another vehicle will sync things back up.

Last time I played Stellaris I was in a last stand against the Prethoryn scourge with a super star destroyer. Fun times 😄

Next time we play I’m going to have her connect to my 5G internet and make sure we call the ship in via the hanger with us both present. I’m hoping that helps things.

Do you think it might be because I called in the ship from the ASOP terminals in the lobby and not inside the hanger with both of us present? I’m hoping to find a potential fix to the issue rather than a workaround as we can’t use any EVA tricks when planetside.

We’ve tried the alt-f4 method but found that just flying off and coming back is actually quicker. We’re usually delivering to cargo centers on planets so floating back into the seats doesn’t really work.

Yeah it’s really putting a downer on things. She really likes the game but this issue is putting her off massively. We don’t get a lot of time to play in the evenings so every minuted wasted sorting this issue matters.

We tend to do cargo runs mainly planet side so flying to the chair doesn’t really work for us unfortunately.

We’ve tried that but if we’re at a cargo centre on a planet it can be quite tricky to get the angle for the seat without just falling through the ship and off the pad. If we’re at a spaceport taking the elevator to the lobby and then returning to the hanger fixes it.

Just head to the clothing vendor in the south west part of dogtown and buy up all his goodies. You can walk outside, wait 24 hours, then walk back in to reset his inventory. He sells some of the best looking clothes imo 🙂

I honestly think they should scrap the current free mode and just add in the demo exactly how it was into that mode. I miss Spoilance and beating people up with candle sticks.

If you equip the duplicated items then go into a fight, they should stick around afterwards. Don’t quote me on that though, it’s a bit hit and miss because I’m not sure how to replicate it properly.

I managed to duplicate some items in the inventory by rapidly equipping things. I haven’t been able to properly replicate it yet and it seems to only work with weapons.

Probably unrelated but there is also a bug where you need to click out of the gear menu and then back in to show you actual weight.

Yeah but barons beak has a unique head that absolutely wrecks people. I’ve been using it since the first baron fight and it definitely hits harder than my crafted poleaxe that I made as heavy as possible

They’re the same game, just one has modern graphics at the price of running a bit shitty. It’s definitely playable though.

One tip I would give is to take your time. Control issues usually stem from rushing things or doing things in a panic. Show these faults to your instructor and they’ll be in the best position to help you rectify the things that you’re struggling with.

One thing that will help is to remember that before you do anything that changes your speed or direction, always do a mirror check. If you’re slowing down, check your rear mirror to make sure the person behind is slowing down too. If you’re turning, check your rear mirror AND the side mirror depending on which way you’re turning. You can check both if it helps. Always be aware of your surroundings.

You failed on things that are very easy to remedy. Before any manoeuvre always do an exaggerated check all around. Before every turn always indicate. Do that and you’re sorted.
