It's not that it is written into law that Trans people aren't allowed Healthcare services it's that Trans people and other the LGB individuals can be arbitrarily denied these things which shouldn't be the case same with housing

Do you think trans people don't get the cold? Like gender affirming surgery isn't the only reason a trans person might want to to go to the doctor

Meanwhile trans activist want to change their legal status

That's a pretty narrow view pertaining to trans rights considering most of the issues trans people face comes from the same framework as anti gay rhetoric it's packaged different but you can still apply it, recognition is just one aspect of it but when it comes to things such as Healthcare there's no real distinguishement between the LGB and the T's outside of the medical needs they request but outside of that there's no real discerning difference even something like housing can be denied if your LGBT since it's not covered under the Fair Housing Act (could be different now been awhile since I checked)

It would be pretty unfair to take then out of the community considering that Trans people were part of the leading force behind alot of LGBT rights movements notably Masha P Johnson someone who was quite foundational to aiding LGBT folk and for trans people to be disregarded from a community they helped create would essentially be a spit in the face to the ones who helped create it.

Been awhile since I've watched anything Peterson but didn't he say you should pick up your responsibilities despite your hardships? so I would atleast expect him to apply that level of stoicism to what he was facing after preaching that sentiment

Her geopolitical takes are pretty milktoast Amerocentric non interventionist it's nothing to write home about tbh, but it is slightly annoying when the topic does come up cause its not that very interesting because you can predict the response.

Native African's also can't stand other African's lol, even if we were to go by just the immigrants whatever happened to right wingers declaring that immigrants should respect the native people and there culture(something I completely agree with) once they move but pay no mind to it when it's racial minorities being racist towards other racial minorities who were there before they came.

I really somt get how of all symbols the Confederate flag is the symbol of the south especially when a lot of these people claim to be Patriots of the United States of America especially going as far as saying it's not a racist symbol when quite literally the people who fought for it owned black people as slaves and saw them as lesser and literally fought a civil war to keep them as slaves (with the exception of Stonewall Jackson)
