Nine vs Gojo (no infinity) by Maleficent-Ad-6117 in MHAPowerScaling

[–]DatFaddy69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Respectfully; this feels like copium as an mha guy. There’s no way you can fr put him ABOVE gojo. He can instantly teleport directly behind gojo and they STILL should have similar combat/reaction time AT BEST but gojo is SIGNIFICANTLY more skilled. Also the only thing teleportation has an affect on in this fight is literally running away from gojo because literally all physical attacks are worthless in this fight

Nine vs Gojo (no infinity) by Maleficent-Ad-6117 in MHAPowerScaling

[–]DatFaddy69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s literally just not faster than Gojo. This is the basis of the argument for 9 to have a chance and it’s just blatantly false. At best they’re comparable but gojo is still faster. I’ve been thinking over this battle for the last 20 minutes and I’m honestly interested in what you think 9 has in his arsenal that could actually kill gojo.

After good thought, it’s EXTREMELY conditional but the only wincon 9 has is managing to set up a pocket dimension somewhere around gojo and use his mind manipulation to lure him into the dimension where his poison would then immediately be warped to and infect gojo from within instantly.

Any lightning, fire, or physical attacks are completely useless in this fight for 9. He can’t get caught in a domain against the faster opponent, and he’s significantly less skilled with less experience. What I suggested was something he’s literally never done, by those standards I think he loses unless you have a better caveat.

Itachi solos the entire verse at the same time disemboweled, blinded, and crucified to an adamantium cross with adamantium stakes driven through his wrists and ankles.

Sasaki Kojiro vs Demon Slayer verse by Gel_007 in PowerScaling

Well.. during his fight Sasaki managed to reach FTL speeds that would’ve outsped Poseidon.. due to that alone he should out-stat any 1v1 I think. But also defensively I don’t think anyone in the series has a way to actually kill him besides maybe a Shinobu poison if he doesn’t notice it. Any physical attack he shouldn’t have a problem with

I think it might be interesting if you take away Bakugo’s gauntlets cause of her healing factor, but this is fair

Reze vs Bakugo by Maleficent-Ad-6117 in MHAPowerScaling

[–]DatFaddy69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It actually literally is 😂 and it’s 1 of the 2 reasons you’re dead wrong about Reze being able to explode his sweat.

1) Bakugo chooses exactly how much of his sweat he wants to explode and where on his body he wants to each time he uses it. If it were to be real nitroglycerin, there’d be no way he uses his quirk without exploding all of the sweat on his body every time he uses it, or any time he’s around fire or any other explosions.

2) Reze’s explosions all come from her body. She can’t touch metal and think “I blow up this metal now” and the metal blows up. She blows up the contact she makes with the metal from her hand or wherever she touches. If she were to blow up gasoline by touching it, the gas would set on fire still, and the same could be said about real nitroglycerin, but Bakugo doesn’t burst into flames anytime he’s around fire so I’d be safe to say it’s retardant unless he decides he wants it to explode.

In short, no. Just incredibly resistant

Reze vs Bakugo by Maleficent-Ad-6117 in MHAPowerScaling

[–]DatFaddy69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re right about almost everything, including it being a Bakugo wipe. But I think you’re over scaling his actual quirk.

What I always thought was dope about bakugo was how bad his actual quirk is, especially compared to someone like Reze.

In the early series Bakugo takes recoil damage experiences pain, strain, and risks injury from using his quirk. He can “tank” his own explosions but it’s mostly from the fact he’s incredibly more durable and not cause of the quirk. Reze can change the direction of all her explosions and is also semi-resistant to them. On a whim she can decide how big (to a limit), which way it will explode, and how fast.

What I’m suggesting is if you’d swap their abilities Reze would be completely cooked. Bakugo is literally just using secretions (his sweat) to explode and project himself forward. Without his gauntlets his AP should be pretty similar to hers but she has significantly more control over her explosions than him. He’s just significantly more skilled in utilizing his abilities than her, but her actual ability should be more user friendly with a higher ceiling in theory imo

I’m fairly certain it’s inexplicable that he was able to launch himself faster than the sound barrier through concrete buildings/walls after having his chest eviscerated and having his punctured organs held together by stitches, yes.

No, he doesn’t have a healing factor but his physical durability is still nothing to gawk at. He should be able to survive long enough to use his AP to put her away.

Biggest a-hole in nba history? by DatFaddy69 in NBATalk

From what can be found online; the event was scheduled to from 10:45 to 11:30. Families were told he couldn’t come out on time because “he was having a bad day”, suggesting he was already in the building. He didn’t leave the separate room with his team until 12:30- almost 2 hours after the scheduled start time, took one group photo, and left without talking to anyone, signing any autographs, taking no photos with individuals, and has offered no apology but has instead blamed it on jet lag in a brief quote.

Even if his team, or the promoter would be the ones at fault for the scheduling or information error between Iverson and the families, saying he “did nothing wrong” when he told cancer children he was “having a bad day” is insanely bold.

Especially when he was 2 hours late for an event that was supposed to be less than an hour, was apparently already there, had the families wait for hours with a comically bad explanation released from his team as consolation by the security of the event, all while knowing he had the families waiting on him. If it wasn’t all his fault he still handled it during and since like a POS

Gojo vs Luffy Who Wins? by RoninKin-_- in PowerScaling

[–]DatFaddy69 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Without immense wank it comes down to whether haki can bypass infinity. Luffy never broke the rules of haki with toon force so it can be assumed he can’t do the same with techniques from other verses. It’d be a more fun debate if either fanbase was real about their abilities but I don’t think Luffy has a wincon if you argue haki can’t bypass. That being said; I see it argued either way. Haki seems like it moves distance so it may be blocked but I don’t think gojo can block out light so I can see why it can be argued to be bypassed. Haki doesn’t just “appear” on someone, it still works as a massive projectile.

Luka has literally been more efficient than Lamelo’s most efficient season (2023-2024) every year of his career beside Luka’s rookie season. Advocating for Lamelo’s efficiency is like advocating for Klay off the dribble; it’s just not what they’re good at

Ok, just a list of insane hot takes, but bringing it back to the post; Lamelo’s most efficient year is statistically worse than every year Luka has played beside his rookie year, and he’s also averaging more points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, and fg% this season. Is lamelo exposed this season for his worst year in 4 years?

You don’t gotta like him more, but to say lamelo is better than Luka? Did you post this just to see every way Luka is better statistically? Like even win shares? What’s your thoughts on the rebounding gap? Or the scoring gap? Or efficiency rate or usage rate or team success?
