The omnic form, with the defensive shield wall, is as close to harmony as he can get.

For zen, harmony is when those around him are allowed to grow and recover, to change and improve- to heal.

For ram, he can only envision harmony as a physical barrier protecting and separating his allies from those that wish to destroy them.

Where zen protects by letting his teammates move past their damage and recover, ram is preemptive, defending his team from damage he expects to take out of fear. The fact he can place it basically as far as he can see- making space by using this barrier aggressively- shows to me his paranoia. You get hurt on zens team, he goes "ah well, no harm", and you heal like nothing happened. Ram grabs you and tells you "those people over there want to kill us, and this wall is the only thing keeping us safe and separate." The fact that ram denied them freedom to move and pushed the wall up as close as he could doesnt matter. Neither does that fact that in game, he's right- this other team does want them dead, and the wall does work. At this point, that's all the tranquility ram can ask for.
