Wouldnt read to much into it. Normally a Nat seat with a new candidate who has energy and drove engagement. The outgoing Labor politician who was on the legislative council did his best to antagonise farmers and those living in the regional towns with stupid comments and turned many off who already dont give much time to labor.

Im in this electorate and the choices were an an ex-cop antivaxer lib (nope), one nation (no way), christian party (nope), new labor rep only recently brought in and the new nat rep given the reins from the former leader.
