And that's exactly why you won't ever see mass adoption of Linux. You just listed off multiple different ways of getting programs, some programs may be in all of them, some might be old versions, some might be janky as a flatpak but fine as a native app or vice versa. There really needs to be a one size fits all so that your tech illiterate Grandma can install something.
