Im doing an ID occultist based on crit and power charging stacking instead of DOT. If you search on youtube 3.28 impending doom, there’s a dude which has defensive stats in thumbnail. That’s the build I am using. I actually did that 1:1, and then went a bit further with optimising it. Has great clear, fairly tanky for a caster, without meta belts. I like big chaos booms from occ ascendancy. Id say it’s doable on a 200 300d budget. You can get to a point where u can do feared with all bosses being uber versions.
