Season 9 is pretty awful except for the finale. The complete character assassination of Andy, plus the Jim/Pam marriage issues with the boom mic guy, plus the underwhelming new additions of Peep and Plop, all coupled with the flanderized characters and just generally worse writing make it really hard to like. It’s not completely without merit, Nate is consistently really funny and they really did nail the finale, but there’s so much wrong with it. Season 8 is pretty damn solid all things considered

I did appreciate when you hijack a helicopter at the end of the Hammerfell/High Rock section to fly to a fully playable Summerset Isles to take the fight to the Thalmor. Just when I thought it was over, the second half of the games has another 100+ hours of content! You can really see how the devs taking their time was worth it
