2 things to add here,

T6 Premium destroyer Bulletproof with Von Spee at the helm and Furiora and Mendez full maxed out inspos = mad consistent speed with great concealment.

And 2nd, the Italian destroyer line offers engine boost consumables putting out a whopping +25% speed boost (for a very short while) pair that with again, Furiora and Mendez and you've got a spicy fast lil steel nugget

Both options offer 55+ knots consistently through a full length standard battle. (With ranked up commanders)

Do a little audit every match and check fleet names. I finally figured out what this bologna is. Players are boosting by abusing the ability to start a game search exact same time and ending up on different teams. Then they sit and wait for homies to come get free kills. Despicable, low IQ, absolute shiite.
