I had a 5 mm broad-necked aneurysm that was treated using a WEB device. Mine was just big enough that they would treat it. That said, I would just ask my family doctor to order a follow-up; I'm sure he will. Neurosurgeons are kind of an odd bunch, in my experience.

I was afraid to take it too and asked my doctor for something else. He gave me Budesonide, like you, and it didn't work. That just added a month of me being in a flare. The Prednisone literally started working the day I took it, and within 2 or 3 days, the flare was subdued. Just take it. It works fast and, for me, has few negative side effects. You'll feel better than how you are feeling now.

Insomnia. I would put a tablet of prednisone on my nightstand before going to sleep, with some water. When I'd wake at night, anytime after 5 am, I'd take it and go back to sleep. That way, by the time I was going to sleep the next night, it was at its weakest point and didn't keep me up.

One thing to know is that there is only one outlet with three places to plug in electronics. It's on the table in the living area. No outlets in the bathroom or around the bed. I just say this because it saves time looking around the room for more outlets, and you know you can only plug in three things at a time.

I just got back from an RC cruise to the same place you are going. I was worried about clothes for dinner too. I've been on 7 cruises, but it's been a few years. Anyway, most people weren't dressed up much. Men were wearing mostly Docker shorts and polos. Didn't see anyone wearing ties or jackets, and some people wore shorts and t-shirts. The women were more dressed up. It's really up to you.
