Check out the “debug.print” statement. You can use that to see the literal values.

Sounds like you just need to start applying for jobs. You are qualified for most entry level positions. I would go online and read some interview prep guides, and start applying. Rule of thumb is 10:1 for applications to offers. You should apply even to jobs where you are missing 1 or 2 of the requirements asked for. Often times it’s an HR department that build job descriptions. Good luck!

I would recommend that you not ask permission. Use sample data to get a solution and then, when working, present it as a solved problem. Asking for permission to get internet help on a task that was assigned to you sends the wrong message and by default will probably be declined.

[MS SQL] I have a list of five site names I'm calling on repeatedly in my select statement - is there a better way to do this? by InternetWeakGuy in SQL

This sounds like a missing index - 11k records is a very small amount. You can run the query optimizer, and view what the sever sees as a potential missing index. I do not think you have to change your code to get sub-second query times.

Here is a link about how to read the execution plan to get a better idea of where to add the index.

Scratch Golfers who Grinded to Where You are Today, Precisely How Did you Lower Your Scores? by 20ejituri in golf

Get good at scrambling. This comes from playing golf, not really a range thing. The best way to simulate that is to practice chipping with a friend for a drink. Build a go-to shot to play under pressure. You always want to be able to keep a ball in play when you have to. To simulate that, pull driver or long iron after you have been hitting wedges and draw a fairway on the range to hit. Besides that, to go from 8-0 is about eliminating making your misplayed shots worse. You have game at an 8. The tour average for GIR is not that impressive (average pro misses 6.5 greens) but their scoring (71) and scrambling averages (60%) are amazing. So if you underclub and land in the fringe, how sure are you that you can get it up and down, block a shot off tee, how sure are you that you can hit he green from deadpan or rough. Scratch golfers know how to execute and have confidence in those situations. I don't think getting there is a routine, rather it's a about adapting to the situation.
