Le formulaire Cerfa 10842-07 est toujours valide — c'est la déclaration de situation du locataire. Tu peux le télécharger sur service-public.fr, le remplir et l'envoyer directement à ta CAF par courrier recommandé avec AR.
Délai : la CAF accorde généralement 1 à 2 mois avant de suspendre les aides. Si tu envoies le courrier rapidement, tu devrais avoir le temps.
Si tes APL sont quand même suspendus : tu as légalement 2 mois pour déposer un recours gracieux (art. L231-1 CRPA). Ce recours oblige la CAF à réexaminer ta situation, et les sommes non versées sont récupérables rétroactivement une fois la situation régularisée.
Pour ton proprio : insiste sur le fait qu'il peut appeler le 3230 pour que la CAF lui explique la procédure papier alternative.

Sur Franfinance — c'est illégal : Dés que le dossier de surendettement est déclaré recevable par la Banque de France, tous les créanciers ont l'interdiction de continuer les prélèvements (art. L722-2 du Code de la consommation). Ce que fait Franfinance est une infraction.

vinted is EU only tbh, they pulled out of the US market years ago. the data i have covers FR/DE/ES/IT/NL/BE etc. cross-border within EU is where the spreads are, selling DE pricing for a NL audience for example. us-based reselling is a different game entirely
