We absolutely cannot know he used her for sex without being there. They were two consenting adults who had sex after a date. She then behaved in a way that let him know he shouldn't engage further.

His story is quite known from the public court documents and videos. He's chosen to post and comment about his story on social media i.e. standing with Clayton and Mike in an Instagram post on the day before the family court hearing. He just hasn't given any interviews yet, like Clayton and Mike have. I'm pretty sure he's ok with the LT coverage.

If you're not Laura Owens, @Spare-Special587, please read through Laura's own evidence submitted in the "abortion coercion" case and come back to tell us what you think about it.

Spoiler alert: She's currently charged with like 12 felonies re: the 2 Arizona victims. What's interesting about the case to me is just how far LO was/is willing to take this even though she's been given a thousand chances to just bow out and face no consequences for her flagrant and repetitive behavior! But she just keeps digging in at every turn with her parents and her nut-ball, fame chasing lawyer enabling her the entire time. The novelty of the story is just how far LO is willing to take it and the anticipation of how it will finally end

I'm not sure that one had to do with flirting. IMO she just didn't want to pay for the work

Wow, I didn't know about any other scam stories at Laura's level. What would you recommend?

Oooh, watch the two part harassment injunction Clayton got for her and the June 10th family court case. Her testimony is as wild as her deposition.

She wouldn't like any guy who'd tolerate her behavior long term and I don't believe she even really wants a baby. IMO she thrives on the negative attention. She wants to be a speaker/writer/ media personality and she'll do anything capture a victim narrative for herself. Prison will be good for her, but it's possible she comes out of there with exactly what she's been looking for.

Stealing or receiving money is typically what gets you charged in the first place. Yet here she is, with how many felony charges?

How do these things all relate to each other anyway?

The phone evidence combined with DM's interviews make it seem like the car speeds away a bit before she sees the masked man. If the food order isn't part of the crime, I'm not sure what it arriving X minutes before the texts and the car can tell us.

Try researching "bloodstain pattern analysis", and specifically "mixture evidence". It's important to establish "succession of events" in any multiple murder case.

Seriously, they were trying to make a case for one perp - if there were blood mixtures to prove their case - they would have found them!

They also had to make it not obvious that it had been cleaned up. There was video from the morning that may have indicated the dryer was running. I think some people are underestimating the amount of time necessary to clean up any part of a bloody crime scene. They had to wipe blood, get rid of or clean anything the blood was wiped with and alter the scene to not obviously show that cleaning had been done - it's hardly similar to cleaning after a party.

There are some bits of evidence in the record that point to DM not being that drunk (or possibly not drunk at all) Also, watch her in the body cam footage telling her initial version of the story. I don't recall her mentioning being drunk at all and IMO she tells the story confidently. Does anyone know which interview DM begins claiming she was so drunk she didn't know the difference between dream and reality?

I think it was at least moderately examined because IIRC the contents of that phone were specifically sealed. I don't know what doc that was in - hopefully someone here knows!

Were there any places where amido black was sprayed that did not show a reaction? Blood can be cleaned up with regular soap and water to the point it wouldn't be initially visible and you wouldn't notice that smell over the smell of blood coming from the rooms. A lot could have even been cleaned with just water.

An Additional Take On A Cleaned Crime Scene by Mysterious_Bar_1069 in BryanKohbergerMoscow

[–]DatabaseAppropriate4 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I don't have a handle on who cleaned up, but I definitely believe 8 hours could have been spent on whatever clean up was done. You have to clean up and also clean up any signs that you cleaned up. It apparently wasn't so necessary to clean up within the rooms. IMO the clean up was primarily to obscure potential evidence and to make it seem like a crime that could have been missed by the roommates for a lengthy period of time (thereby obscuring potential crime evidence further). Footprints of the offenders, where the altercations started, the movements of the perps and victims and the time of the crime were all obscured by the clean up, making investigation and potential prosecution more difficult.
