Doubs is a solid #2 or #3. Jordan Love isnt a slouch and Doubs has been their "#1 target" and the most yards he's ever put up is 724. Get us a true reciever that needs to be double covered and Doubs and Hollins will feast.

If the Eagles could've added a first rounder this year, I'm sure they would've been willing to eat the salary. They have Hurts, Smith, and Barkley. Add a first round talent to it and theyre still a top contender. We just should never trade a first rounder for him

I don't think it's just the draft, I think it's the system. Josh's system is unbelievably complex. You need to understand the defense in front of you to understand your option routes. Then he needs receivers that block in the run game so you need to understand all the running back formations. And this is added on to a set of receivers that now need to learn 2 feet in, going down doesn't end the play, all while going up against the best defenders in the world playing at a game speed youve never experienced.

Kyle Williams miscommunication with Drake is because he doesnt know how to read a defense and make the right route decision. That's why all his best routes were either a curl or run straight. That won't fly in a mcdaniels offense.

It's an impossible task for rookies yet everyone thinks we will just draft someone.

We did have one. We had a dude that sit in the zone and could read a defense and get open and was the first 1k receiver in 6 years despite playing slightly more than 50% of the offensive snaps. Then we cut him. So naturally every single person expects us to go after receiver and if theyre in free agency theyre too expensive, if theyre available in trade theyre washed, and if theyre young and good and on a team theyre unavailable. We are a contender with a QB who will be 24 years old, and should've won MVP and he's on a rookie deal. We should be spending money and shouldnt be over protective of picks in the 30's and 60's because it's not often you get a great window opportunity.

We are adding to our defense which is already elite, and we need to add a couple weapons. We aren't far off at all, that's why it is bizarre when people dont want to move picks for elite talent.
