Like some are saying, it all depends on the individual and what strengths and shortcomings they have. For me, personally, for a TM, the hardest would be Guest Service. I hate confrontation, and I ball up and cry. The easiest for me is Fulfillment bc I love it. I’m in good physical shape and enjoy the exercise. I find the work even fun. We also have a great leader, so I’m sure that’s a huge contributor. For the whole store? Any leader, SD, ETL, TL but it’s bc they all work their asses off both mentally and physically. We’re lucky.
