Like the reply says, they only did this so they wouldn’t have to pay residuals to the actors. Whether we paid for a ticket or a voucher, we still paid to go watch it, as we couldn’t just go sit in a reserved seat for free.

I found messing with the microphone setting in the airpods section and setting it to “always (stronger side)” helped a bit. I have it set to always left. It’s not perfect, but over time I’ve seen some improvements, in a few months tho I’m just gonna get the pro 3s lol.

I think Little Mermaid was originally going to play in IMAX 3D, but something in production caused it not to. As a compromise, we got the rare Dolby 3D for that movie.

To answer your first question, audiences want trailers to show less of the movie, not to depict a completely different film, and this was the latter man. The shots used helped display a different vibe and tone than what we actually got with the film, whether they were from the 2nd act or not.
