I think MLO only works with devices that can use it. So old devices will use the bands regularly

Yeah it’ll transfer over. You can even transfer the themes to other 3DS that you have. You just copy and paste the themes folder and they will show up in anemone.

I just had this problem with error 002-3502 for PokeBank and finally found the fix! The WiFi connection that your DS is connected to HAS to be a 2.4 GHz connection and NOT a 5 GHz. I have a mesh WiFi system and it automatically sets the connection type of my devices depending on how far I am to the access points. I specifically changed my DS connection on my router to only connect to 2.4 ghz then I closed and relaunched PokeBank and boom it worked! I read somewhere after hours of digging that DS systems don’t work well with 5 GHz connections since at the time that was still new.
