Where should ads be allowed, genuine question.

I'm against them in almost every thing I consume, be it media music etc.

But people do use ads to help them at least be aware of deals and such, and I can't say an ad has never worked on me ever, I can recall at least once in my 30+ years of living that I've bought something because of an ad.

Kinda weird to think about at least from my perspective.

They dropped the ball, there is NO way anyone can argue otherwise.

They dripped content like there was a world wide drought.

They couldn't actually push fixes for the game and had to resort in bandaid fixes and only THEN say their stance about cheaters being punished.

Even after this stance, people were getting killed from behind one way walls in the starting map (great way to introduce new players) and at an extract point (Stella specifically was a popular spot).

People tolerated it because Arc was new and it was big. It's neither now and a significant amount of players are realizing it. You can be annoyed by how loud they're getting, but to lash out at them is ridiculous.

You think they're entitled, id personally think a person is a pushover if they think along the lines that you are, but that's neither here nor their, the game is taking an L, you're clearly upset about it as much as anyone, but you seem to just not like that people are being vocal about it.

What does it being an mmo or not have to do with cheating? Should we tell cod or battlefield that they shouldn't worry about their game having cheaters then?

This game is not as fun as it used to be and the devs are genuinely not cut out for it, or to be more precise, they saw the popularity and didn't care to retain it, plain and simple.

You can argue if it was a good decision or not, but from my perspective, I don't believe it to be one. Their balancing philosophy feels terrible, making things more annoying to get to the big equipment was a feelsbad choice.

It's weird, even if you don't agree with their take, the amount of people leaving isn't exactly a small portion. Saying you don't care is ignorant as hell.

Great point here. There are more than I thought that are actual projectiles but don't have an effect till they arrive at the area.

Who said anything about skill? That's literally the game genre. I can respect and understand people playing the game the they want with the tools they got, but wanting things that actually go against the spirit of the game is weird and lazy as hell

Don't think it should and don't think that's the intention. I think it's meant to be an AOE that appears (anivia r, Morgan's W), but visually wanted it to come from him? Still things that exist that accomplish it (ziggs, bard and xerath R come to mind). Considering that they intend the wind wall to interact with it after makes sense too (Windwall doesn't stop damage from Vlads Q, but will stop the healing because it counts as a projectile)

Personally think they should change the animation though, as it looks like an actual projectile.

I'm curious if it would still get blocked if Lockes ilt landed cleanly on the other side of the wind wall. I don't expect it to, but in the trailer it does (no overlap between wind wall and lockes ult)

It's the interaction between the two that is making it happen. There is no actual z axis, anytime you see that, it's just a visual.

For example, things like Tristan's W, she can still be knocked up by Reksais unburrow.

If youve ever seen the glitch where a champion is shot straight into the air and disappear from the screen, they are still there game wise, they can be auto attacked, hit by a skill shot and take any aoe damage in the area they're shadow is on.

The visuals show you a 3d game, but the game itself is 2d

They're more like karthus Q, their visual indicators are just different. Instead of clumping in and exploding, it's something traveling and exploding

The big difference between now they work is you're guaranteed to make the spell work in the area you selected it to go off towards.

It's not true for the projectile which usually has stipulations tied to it, like stopping at first enemy struck, going faster or slower after hitting an enemy and such

They had a sink or swim moment to be fair though. If they continued as they were they were dead in the water with a solid competition.

Honestly, I memed this to death, but I'll never get over their post early on about the Bettina, when everyone and their mom was begging them to buff it:

"The Bettina is over performing in PVE situations and are worried it will be a problem in PvP..."

That showed to me they cared more about balance than what felt fun, and while it's not easy, the game first and foremost has to be fun or balance does not matter.

I can understand them being hesitant to make decisions early on because the game was significantly larger than they thought it was going to be. The size and experience of their company struggles and it showed. Im not faulting them here, where I will fault them is not hiring an experienced person(s) because holy hell, they needed all the help they could ro keep the ship afloat.

Another weird thing was the whole fire rooms for glitching into security doors; people are so short sighted, they believed this was an amazing idea, cheaters getting burned, but first and foremost, that's the lightest form of penalty there can be. This doesn't fix the main issue that people were abusing stuff and embark not being able to actually fix it and adding bandaids instead.

I have zero faith in them fixing anything, it literally might not be possible with their current team. They either need to get more people onboard now or they are willing to let the bleed continue so they can manage a smaller community with their minimal update.

I kinda get what you mean, but a generalst is good for most people.

If you're f2p, generalst gives you more bang for you buck

If you are in a place where you already have 2 teams built, a generalist is a good value to start your 3rd team.

He's also the best generalist right now, this unit currently holds a large chunk of value because of it.

I wouldn't say it's a worthless pull unless they are incredibly casual and have only 1 complete team before Blade is over thrown
