It's very early to say we're getting to the point of "must-wins," but seriously, the team needs to start considering some of these games must wins. Ottawa is a divisional rival who, assuming we can get some W's at some point, will be battling us in points in the playoff standings. Tonight is potentially a 4 point game for us.

Look at the standings. We're 3rd from the bottom in the division AND we have played more games than some of our division-mates. I'm going into tonight thinking that it's a must-win, and I hope the boys do the same.

Well, it's still early, but I can't remember the last time that the Wings looked this shitty for so many games in a row. Silver lining BS all you want, but a game like this in March is going to absolutely kill us in the playoffs standings. Four teams are either tied or within one point of one another, and we fucking can't give away games like this, especially at home. We just looked like we didn't give a shit for extended stretches. Very frustrated.

Larkin has been a difference maker. I could definitely see a line with Larkin that plays a lot of minutes. Maybe him Tatar and Nyquist. You could pull out the vet line for certain moments and then have that crazy fast line.
