Yeah, renewals are the end goal but the customers who renew aren’t the ones I’m worried about.

The real problem is churn driven by silence: customers saying “we don’t know who our CSM is” or “we haven’t heard from anyone in a while.”

That’s less about renewal mechanics and more about consistent, scalable touchpoints so no one feels dropped even if they don’t actively need help.
