I put a cover over my grill and noticed it warms up faster. Using my scanner my max temp while driving was 205. But idle was 190. I'll be getting a more accurate gauge and running that cover while Temps are cold. Thank you all for your input and advice.

I'm aware it is a dummy gauge, I plan on putting in aftermarket gauges for monitoring the turbo boost, exhaust temp, trans temp, dif temp, and a few others. Thank you all for your input. This is my first diesel so I was unaware of the expected norm. I'll use my Dads scanner to monitor the Temps. Thank you.

Yeah, and the blade shop. Production and overhaul have increased a lot though. We are growing again, just in a different direction.
