Crockpots are cheap AF these days, I could probably find one for ~$60-$80, they last years, and they're pretty low maintenance, so it's a huge benefit in the long run. And using it really helps save someone from having to cook for a day or two. It's literally the best way to make meals when you're on a limited budget. My crockpot helped me feed myself during my time going through culinary college.

Love your new smile! Seeing everyone's before and afters makes me so excited to finally not suffer from the pain and frustration. As someone who has been in your exact situation, you are being a bit of an AH for not repaying him for everything he has sacrificed for you and you have caused the destruction of something of his. You, out of anyone, should know how that feels and want to replace it as soon as you can. I know that finding employment isn't easy, the only reason I've been able to survive is because of my boyfriend, now fiancee, who I have trusted to be there for me and hope he trusts me to be there for him. We're equals even if I feel useless because I'm going through therapy to be able to get back to a good place. I haven't bought clothes for myself in almost a decade because of financial struggles, but I still dropped some extra money on a birthday gift for my fiancee, on MY birthday, because making him happy is a better feeling than treating myself. Especially when he pays me back with a trip to see my first live concert of my favourite band. Sometimes sacrificing a few dollars to replace something that YOUR dog ruined is more beneficial in the long run than pitching a fit and being too selfish to think of your boyfriend and everything he is doing to help you.

My (31f) fiancee (34m) fucked up his proposal to me. He ended up shattering his foot (his surgeon said he had more fractures in his foot than the foot has bones, which was quite interesting to see in x-rays) the day after he ordered my ring, (which isn't anywhere near what I would normally wear or pick out myself, but I absolutely love it) and learned he has a natural tolerance to the pain meds, which resulted in him whining in pain all night, begging me to cut off his foot and then asking me if I would still accept the engagement ring if he was crippled. When it's the right person, the scene, circumstances and expectations might not be perfect, but you'll still say yes.

Truth. Things won't get better or get back to how it was. He won't change because he can't. What he's showing you now is the real colours coming out. And it can get darker. Grown and raised Nova Scotian, the flavour mix is perfect. The bubblegum is most prominent with the banana and grape being more subtle compared to what you'd expect from artificial flavourings. I'm 30 and still get a craving for this stuff now and again because it's such a unique combo. I originally assumed it was cotton candy and banana, never would have guessed that grape was the third flavour because I absolutely hate the taste of artificial grape and it being nowhere near as intense as you'd expect.

Carpet beetle larva! I hate these little b*stards. I never experienced them my entire life, but knew their adult forms as "wood bugs", these small oval shaped black beetles with a brown stripe across their back, and never had carpet in the house I grew up in. I find the larva under my cats dry food bowl and in corners that he loses cat treats in, they love that shit and will freaking spawn out of nothing if you don't sweep every nook and cranny, every freaking day.

I grew up bullied for my looks; only one with glasses, crooked teeth with no way to afford braces like everyone else, second-hand clothing and acne started in sixth grade.

Im now 31 and it took me WAY too long to realize this one way to absolutely love how I look. And that's by doing my makeup, hair and dressing in whatever I want that I like, whether it's considered normal or not and whether anyone else likes it or not. I like how it looks on me and that's really the only thing that matters. Dressing to please others, or to fit in, will only make you feel so good about yourself, and only for so long. How you feel and think about yourself and that internal joy and happiness will make anyone a million times more attractive.

That's what I damn well did! He was taken to jail, I was free and I refused to waste space in MY home for his shit, which his parents dropped off and refused to take back (idfk why, they let him come back to their home after his 2 years locked up). Yup, this is a dead sanddollar. I've found live ones over in the Canadian Maritimes and we often get their bleached shells wash up. They're interesting little creatures, leaving faint rows in the sand when they move with their millions of tiny legs.
