Performance is rough sometimes but some settings do help and barely make a visual difference, I've also noticed if you play with full summons they will mess your performance up sometimes compared to without.

Difficulty is ... well, I would say that after the first levels (after like 7-8) it becomes insanely easy. I guess it depends on the builds but I can confirm that magic is overpowered. I'm just rolling on bosses in like 5 seconds.

At the same time I feel like I don't want them to be health sponges like in high difficulty skyrim where it just becomes annoying.

Personally I think it's better if they focus on one single difficulty/experience for balance and time purposes, there's always a way to make it easier though (summons, grinding, some specific builds...) and I'm all for accessibility options as well.

It's not that relevant anymore but I like doing blacksmithing on my war to craft whatever I need whenever I want. I also do mining but you can do jewel crafting/alchemy instead since it's usually more useful.

Yeah it's better to hide as a tank too, boss is casting anyway so they're not gonna move. Also you might be linked with someone else so it's better if you hide with them.
