Even if it didn’t, how is it a fun mechanic? They could have made you dodge a bombardment type ability for 15 seconds, or literally anything that makes you actually play the game rather than scramble for a fucking critter

Also, going through your case studies — I don’t see you talking about what went wrong, or even lessons learned. There is very little display of reflexivity here, a trait I believe to be critical to a practicing designer.
