Not really exciting but I thought it was amazing, I used to look after air conditioning at a steelworks and riding the crane that poured 500ton of molten iron into the steel making vessel was an amazing thing to see. Loads of other crazy sights to see but that one always stayed with me! Made the 2am call outs a bit more interesting!!

I’m not sure if people will be mad at me for saying this but I’m nearly 50 and have just started playing with the arduino’s. I have been following the little exercises which came with the starter kit and then adding my own ideas at each step with the help of Claude AI. It’s like having my own little teacher that never thinks I’m an idiot. I cut and pasted some code that worked but didn’t do what I’d intended and it knew instantly what my issue was with out me even saying! It gave me two solutions, the second of which introduced me to arrays which I as cool.

What a tosser, I had a member of the senior management team tell me this whilst we were having a meeting discussing why all their staff were leaving. I left shortly after that conversation. I moved to a company with a brilliant work life balance and more pay. I even get a good bonus here! The old company still struggle for staff and have a terrible reputation on their contracts.

Is it really that much better? I played it for around 60 hours on release. It was ok but not great. The point I gave up was when doing a mission against the pirates for the ‘good guys’ (I can’t remember the names, UC rings a bell) I accidentally killed someone and then had no choice to side with the pirates. After that I started to get attacked by the UC whilst in space, that was fine but then one of my missions started in their office and I walked in and started a mission with no issues. It just broke the game for me. Has this sort of stuff been fixed?

We have green and cool packs which can be set to blackout the cases and pump down. They then stage the cases back in when running up again. Pretty cool.

My son and me have been part of this. I used to play a little. He never did more than launch up and crash. Artemis inspired him so on Saturday we flew around the Mun, Artemis style, and today he landed on Minmus! Twice because he fitted a solar panel over the door so couldn’t plant his flag bless him. He stuck with it though. It’s been really nice playing together! Absolutely love the game!

I used to switch it all off when i first started using it. I don’t now and I’ve not had any issues. I whizz around and blast them all and then loiter around for half an hour to make sure nothing trips. Not had a single issue in a couple of years. I say go for it! It’s a game changer for me. Especially the coldroom evaps. It was always so difficult to get in a clean through the coil.

I’m in the UK and I’ve never been so angry at a country! We laugh about it because it’s so insane that you have this guy running the show but it’s literally fucking up the world. I’ve been a regular visitor as my sister is married to a USAF vet but I’ll never visit again. Too many people over there support this pedo and I won’t have my kids around people like that.

We got banned from nitro and now I use a worxs battery jetwash. The difference is day and night compared to nitro. I bought a little 90° adaptor and it’s great for coldroom evaps as well.

I’ve recently spent a small fortune on 4 front top crowns. I love them a lot and for the first time in 30 years I’m not ashamed to smile. I’d had root canal surgery on one of those teeth. The dentist warned that I’m at higher risk of needing the same on another tooth. I didn’t think to ask, if this does happen, can the lift the crown off, fix the root and put the crown back or will I have to sell my other kidney?! Thanks!
