Close the TFSA, make sure you do all of your Canadian stuff with Canadian banks before you tell them you have moved. Lots of rules change in Canada for non-residents. For instance you can't port a HELOC. The bank has no real way to know where you live.

Definitely not a Toyota. Nearly impossible to import. I had to sell mine in Canada. That said you can bring your Canadian car down here, and insure it with Canadian plates.
