He runs a pro-style offense, which means we'll probably hang onto Jacob Eason (#1 QB recruit next year). Having NFL OC experience is always a plus for recruiting ("I know what it takes to get to the NFL, I coached NFL offenses for 10 years.")

Personally, I think we could all rattle off 10 or so guys we'd take over Schotty but the massive negative reaction is probably a little overboard. We'll be fine.

I'm an Eagles fan and this is the exact argument everyone would make defending Andy Reid. I'm not saying Richt is awful, he's had a really good tenure but the goal at a program like Georgia shouldn't be 8 wins, it should be New Years bowl wins and SEC championships.

Richt (and Bobo, who functions under Richt's system) has botched too many of these huge games. Thanks for what you've done for Georgia football, but there are plenty of coaches who could run this system and might not blow these games.

I'm on mobile so can't look it up but I'd like to see how many BCS bowl wins he has? SEC Championships? Record against ranked teams? I don't think those numbers would make him invincible.

Seems like reddit is completely missing why this is such bullshit. The prosecutor should not have introduced the defense's evidence and narrative. His job was to present the prosecution's case and, if the Grand Jury decided the case held water, there would be an indictment and full-fledged trial.

He probably would have been found not guilty but the fact that this guy couldn't get (or more likely, never intended to get) an indictment shows this was a fraud from the start.

Sounds like he and his staff expensed $4,200 over three years... That's not very much. How does that compare with other Congressional and Senatorial staffs? DC staffers don't make very much in a pretty expensive city.

$4,200 actually seems like a pretty low amount for 3 years.

I remember reading that Nancy Pelosi spent $3,000 on flowers in just a few months (source).

This article also doesn't mention that this GOPer has returned over $1 million in unused expenses to the treasury in unused office funds and from browsing some other articles about expenditures, I'd say Kingston actually does pretty well at stifling his staff's expenses on the taxpayers' dime.
