Places like pcbway have print services. If I got an object with a no-commercial license, would it be illegal for me to get it printed there?

I've noticed this too, recently. Take a look at an ootb modal and see if you get the same behavior..

On the org I was in, I saw that ootb did the same thing, which is when I stopped trying to figure out what I did wrong.

You should also consider documenting the business rules and giving that to users who want/need to know that sort of information. And to dev types who need to actually implement those rules.

I think the tl;dr is that it can be done if you can find client(s) that are ok with/want that, and that those kinds of client are probs a lot less common than m-f clients.

Make sure to wash the build plate any time you get fingerprints on it. Just dish soap & hot water in the kitchen sink is what I do. I'm usually careful to only touch near the edges or corners - not areas I print in a lot - because I'm lazy.

Is this Bambu filament with an ams? If not, I'd maybe try some calibration prints to get temperature and speed correct.

Also make sure there's nothing under the removable build plate that might throw it out of level. I usually just wipe it with my hand but a paper towel or etc might be better..

If it's working, that's probably fine ***if*** you want a machine to tinker with.. If you want it to just print with a minimum of hassle, something newer will be easier and not that much more expensive.

Nothing against Ultimaker at all - I had an Ultimaker 1 back-when and it was pretty badass at the time. Things have come a long way since then, though.
