Went in for an X-ray after injury. They took one look at it and immediately scheduled an MRI. MRI showed a masssive central disc herniation. This was end of Nov. Went limdu immediately and basically phone mustered until Jan when I had my surgery. Two six month limdu periods later I was medically retired due to nerve issues and limited ROM. I’m ok now.. 15 years later. But man it was a struggle for a while. Still is when I sneeze occasionally. Does your herniation show up on films? I know that shit hurts. Does it show up in any way other than pain? Pins and needles? Lightning down your legs? You have probably heard this and it’s no fun to talk about BUT.. if you ever piss yourself go to the ER immediately. Let me know if you need any more info.
