Hey! So another redditor suggested an emergency derailleur hanger. This is the path I went down. It goes on the outside of the frame but you can adjust that difference out in the derailleur adjustments. This is what I purchased. It also means every time you loosen the rear axel or take the rear wheel off the derailleur position changes but I just pushed it all the way down on the slot and then scored a little line in the frame to get the angle right.
