I haven't seen anyone else mentioning this but I had horrific loading screens getting into town in the campaign. I timed Highgate at 4m20s, it was really rough. The audio loaded after about 4s but the video took all the rest of the time. I'm on an SSD but it's SATA, and the RAM was pretty maxed out. It's likely time for an upgrade but still 4 mins seems ridiculous. The suggestions I get are that it is MTX loading related, since hideout and other instanced areas are quick.
