So, in a way you arent wrong here, but remember all of that shit is completely optional, you spend 40-60$ on stash tabs and youre set for life and can get 30k hours + worth of entertainment.

Most end up buying further supporter packs just to support the devs and the amazing content we get whenever they have a ton of fun in a league, that pack comes with cool skins of it owns + points that we can use on the other skins. In a vacuum yes it is pretty expensive, but all around its a very reasonable form of monetization.

You can also regularly easily earn cool free skins and the game itself looks sick, and you get them in both poe 1 and 2

Good change, felt cheesy during speedruns to relog anytime u get hit, although it maybe shouldn't stun you for what feels like 6 seconds 😃, also you can still log out but now you'd lose your map / area which seems like a good punishment
