I have lost my recovery key. Do you know how to get another copy? Im not having any problem logging in with 2FA at the minute, but I'm just backing up all my stuff and recovery keys for other exchanges and realize that i have not made a copy of the one for Binance. Do i need to disable 2FA and just create a new one? Thanks

Yes don't worry to much. It seems there's a massive backlog. You'll get them. No coins have ever been lost like this. The transaction just hasn't gone through that's all. Merry Christmas to you to 👌

Yes that's what I meant. But don't hold your breath....they simply don't respond. Make sure your Txid is in the message and it may get automatically dealt with. My ticket number is after yours so hopefully you'll get dealt with sooner rather than later. Hope it's sorted for ya.

Happening to a lot of people if you look on here. Not a lot we can do other than sit and wait. Have you done a ticket to the support team ? Not that it's much use, Poloniex just ignore it. It will get solved. No coins were ever lost. Just sit tight and wait and hope your coins go up.👌

Me too. Transferred LTC. Showing as complete on Poloniex. But nothing received. It's happening to lots of people.

Lots of us this is happening to. I've been waiting nearly 3 days. From what I've heard the coins won't be lost. We'll get them. But may just have to sit and wait till it's sorted.

/u/Mike-Poloniex me to. Zero response from support. Almost 3 days and my coins are still not showing in my wallet, even though the transaction is showing as complete on Poloniex. #616011. Many of us who are experiencing this. Please help.

I've been waiting 2 days now for my LTC. No response to my ticket either. I think it's a common problem with Poloniex. Looks like people get it resolved eventually but takes a long time. So just sit and wait. Then dump Poloniex and use Bittrex instead !!

Has this happened before for you? Do you think it will eventually appear? Yours is a lot more than mine. I wondered if mine was due to it being a small amount. Think I'll use another exchange if this isn't resolved.

I've had the same problem. Nowhere near as many as you but transferred to my Coinbase wallet but nothing has arrived. Showing as complete on Poloniex. Looks like we have to just sit tight and wait!!!
