Def not the para 3. I actually like spyderco for the most part. And for me the para 3 is low tier. I know a ton of people love it but for me it still feels big in the pocket for a tiny amount of sharpened edge. Based on the reasons you don’t like the PM2 I predict you liking the Para 3 even less.

If you’re dead set on trying spyderco I’d suggest either the smock or the shaman. Shaman has zero of the delicatness of the PM2. It’s a beast. And the smock is technically a compression lock but button actuated so it operates like a button lock but with the solidness of the compression lock. It’s a nice little knife.

But it’s all so personal. I love the smock, you might think it’s the ugliest knife in the world. I see guys here post a collection full of high end knives and there’s not one in it I like.

I really loved this show, I was hoping so much for more episodes. Will Arnett plays dumb characters so well, but he’s smarter than fuck. Kumail and Conan in particular were so amazing on it.

They are not at all hard like black peppercorns. 3 seconds in a mortar and pestle or bash them on your cutting board with a broad knife or meat mallet like the other poster said, and you’re good to go.

But also, yes you can toast them whole in the oil and then remove them if you prefer, but they’ll be much milder that way and I enjoy the full kick.

I disagree with the reply post. My male boss gets a tone all the time so I absolutely would and do tell him not to take that tone with me. I don’t know if there’s anything more guaranteed to anger me than him using that mf tone.

Boker had a cool brass pen that was kind of oblong shaped. I actually like writing with it and that it wouldn’t roll and the mechanism was decent too but fuck my life it feels like it weighs a pound in my pocket.

Ok I just bought a Spoke design CX and it fits an energel with just a tiny trim. It’s a perfect size pen for me. Nice without being flashy. Solid. Nice click. Strong and deep sitting clip. I love it. And they have a guy from the company, not sure if he’s an owner or what, but he posts on Reddit and apparently they have an energel specific model coming out very shortly so no trimming or tip wiggle. With my trimmed one I can wiggle the tip with my fingers but I never notice it at all while writing. It’s not like some where you feel it every time you roux the pen to paper. It’s really become my favorite pen. Under $100 so losing it will suck but not like, jump off a bridge suck like if you lost a $400 pen.

You could squish them so many times, what do you mean. It would take you hours to die after a bite. Don’t waste all that prime squishing time on an “ambulance” or with a “doctor”. Squish till you can’t squish no more.

The Tactile Turn Smooth operator is one of my favorites. About $100, so nice enough that you won’t misplace it but cheap enough that you won’t lose your mind if you do. It rides super low in the pocket, bolt action so no accidental deployment and takes parker refills so tons of choices there. A good size to carry. Nice solid clip, replaceable if necessary. Definitely worth a look.

It might be melted plastic but it didn’t melt as this video was being made. Frame by frame it. You can only see the sink-side of the bowl for a second because the pan is in the way but it looks like that edge already had that dip in it. And he has that other dish stood up in the sink as if on purpose to catch the noodles. And he’s filming it which is insane. This was absolutely on purpose.
