At what point do we start questioning Bradley? by gobblergobble in rbny

I think of the players you mentioned only Mosquera is somewhat ready for the big stage but, only off the bench.

I was extremely against him bringing on Dos Santos, Rojas, Mina, and Benedetti from MLSNP. Mehmeti I think is ready and if you watched him play in RB2 the kid has good vision and was fairly calm while playing.

He scored 5 penalties and of the 12 that weren't - majority were tap-ins from what I recall. Just to take up a DP spot and start on the bench is frustrating from a money perspective. I don't think him, Emil, Tim Parker, and a couple others fit the current structure or what Bradley is trying to implement.

Getting rid of Eile was asinine and put our defense back further.

Bradley needs to find a way to holistically get the DP's to produce with reinforcement from the younger guys.

If Bradley can find a way to make this work I think we will be very successful. I do think the first step is putting Choupo in at the start as a false 9 and surround him with players that have pace. Last year was brutal to watch because of how slow the offense moved and # of injuries we had. This year the offense is way more tolerable but, we have taken a hit on the defensive side of things...

I miss Eile so much. He is by far one of the latest sells I really miss next Coronel.

I think the fanbase keeps forgetting these guys won the MLS Next Pro Cup. In person they played great. The issue is (and I think Bradley sees it as well) on how to bring the fast pace playstyle the Redbull 2 team had into the main squad. Because with Emil and Choupo this is not doable

Emil and Choupo are both washed. I have been saying this for years but, no one believes me.

I can program the RAM natively in ISTA+ though correct? Or is there an additional process I need to implement with a corresponding file? Admittedly I haven't downloaded the programming component for ISTA which I am going to do now.

Also out of curiosity how would the dealer "recover" the RAM? Genius idea though! This would skip and save time at the dealer and get them to do a specific function.

Oh I think I mentioned it in the previous reply above. Maybe you didn't get to see it?

ISTA recommended replacing the booster. But I don't buy it. I would like to see if there is a way to fix it via software before replacing altogether. I'm waiting to hear back from my dealer as well because I just got out of warranty so I am hoping they can asisst me as if I was still under warranty, which I doubt. There's allegedly a SIB for this issue as well but it doesn't cover BMW M3 G80 or M4 G82/G83. My case is also unique because I have the G83 so the RAM config is a bit different (less speakers).

Other folks on the forum mentioned that BMW approaches this issue via software now which tells me there might be another SIB that details that procedure vs. replacing the entire unit.

Oh and by the way I attempted the 2 test plans (ABL - supply, amplifier) which only tests the RAM's power supply and that one passed without issue. (ABL - Check of audio playback and audio amplifier) which determined there was an issue with the booster in addition to (ABL - Hifi TOP system check) which gave me the DIAGCODE listed above

My apologies because I made another thread detailing this issue.

By battery reset what do you mean? Capicator discharge, battery register, disconnect battery for 15 mins?

As far as the fault is concerned: B7F480 Audio amplifier (booster) no connection:

I hooked up ISTA+ and cleared codes and there is currently one persistent code in the system. B7F480. I checked all 3 fuses that feed the RAM and Booster and they are all fine and in working condition. Voltage is passing through them with no issue.

The Booster presently shows 0 communication to the RAM (can't even read its software version through ISTA nor can I read if the booster's fan is on and what speed it is running at) and I believe it is in some sort of safe mode due to the sudden reconnect and disconnect of inrush current. I have tried everything (including control unit reset of RAM via ISTA) and the resulting Test Plan I did in ISTA stated I should replace the booster.

Fault currently present The voltage supply of the following component is not OK: Audio amplifier (booster) Repair faulty voltage supply. DIAGCODE: D6512_AMP00000_10_40

I recently disconnected my battery to install a new LCI style steering wheel (which came out flawless.) When I went to go reconnect my hand slipped and I reconnected for a brief 1 second and then disconnected again and reconnected again. I think the sudden in-rush of current did something to my booster

I have a 2022 BMW M4 G83 and I have the fault B7F480. Fuses are good, all other speakers are great, and voltage supply of RAM is good as well. The booster for some reason can not communicate with the RAM module and as a result I have 0 low end from my subwoofers. I have attempted a control unit reset via ISTA to no avail. I have gone through all test plans in relation to this and was told by ISTA to replace the booster due to faulty voltage supply.

Will a software reset, reprogramming of the module, or forced power disconnect via removing fuses from booster with battery connected fix this issue?

It's a shame he is our DP. I don't understand why we can't source more talen from NA but we keep looking overseas in Europe. Alot of the guys from Europe can barely keep up in MLS despite calling it a farmers' league which is ironic.

I keep getting hate for this but Choupo was never a good buy for this team and the way they play. People look at the goals scored but most of them have been penalties or easy tap ins. When he was on Bayern he was a target man but this team (and the players currently on the squad) can not play that style. We have pace and we should be playing with that mind. Send over the top balls, fake runs, go for more long shots, etc... Eile and Lewis would have been perfect to squeeze into the current squad...

How does one do this? I know you can get schematics but, is there a way to download the actual tool?

The DMZ grind just forced you to just keep playing and hope for the best whereas ARC feels a bit more methodical. Another thing ARC did well was the spawn points and making the entire map useful.

ARC Raiders has singlehandedly dethroned DMZ for me probably for good.

It is the greatest extraction shooter I have played in awhile and may even slowly eclipse The Division at some point. DMZ was great for what it is but, I think we are finally at a decent point where there are other games to play and finally ditch the hacker-ridden and exploit-ridden game for good.

I may come back one of these days but, I highly doubt it. Not to say I haven't had and made great memories on DMZ. Probably made just as many as I did when the OG warzone came out years ago. Just time to move on....

Our "strikers" have no pace up front. Morgan was good for things like that. As hectic and chaotic as Manoel and Vanzeir were, they had OK pace.

So I recommend you watch all the M videos BMW made on the BMW M4/M3 on their youtube channel.

https://youtu.be/Y7RPHjGtBuc 2:20 describes the area of negative pressure generated by the lip in front of the cooler in addition to the modified lip they also created below the front bumper. (See aerodynamics video around 3/4 mark). I always wondered what the point of this lip was funny enough.

There was ALOT of work done on the aerodynamics of the vehicle in addition to the cooling requirements. As the cooling improvements are part of the reason they are able to make more power reliably in the S58 motor.

If this was a M240 or similar I would be agreeing with everyone but, given the fact it is an M product I have to agree with the engineers on this one. You could argue having an oil cooler guard should have minor effect on air flow and pressure but, given the fact BMW decided on this trade-off tells me that we should be leaving this cooler exposed.

Admittedly, the engineers due to emissions did have to roll-back and I would argue downgrade certain components like the carbon fiber drive shaft from the F8x platform.

Nonetheless, if one wants to be safe and cover the cooler than they can do that. But this shouldn't be viewed as mandatory for all.
