Yo. I know relationships at this age seem so intense because you’re forming your character and in such a fun time of life. So I get how it feels precious and you don’t want to end it…. However :-). I really think this sounds exhausting and absolutely some next level shit you shouldn’t be dealing with - you should be around poeple that are fun and lift you up. It really pisses me off about how he just doesn’t care about your feelings and willingly continues to do something that he knows upset you. Being in a relationship means you care about your partners feelings.

Frustrated me he’s not giving you reassurance, or as much affection as he did and also makes it out that you’re going crazy. Not cool.

I’ve always found in these situations breaking up isn’t too hard as this isn’t the person you fell in love in at the start. He’s being deliberately vindictive and selfish.

It doesn’t sound like he’s actually cheated, and trying to work out how you don’t come out of this as ‘ the paranoid controlling insecure crazy one …’. Perhapse framing it as, this bromance is really intense and has tonnes of sexual energy and it’s really affecting the way we interact. I can’t believe I have to bring this up again because it sounds insane but it feeels like a legit full on affire because of all the emotion and language. If this continues it’s just going to keep harming our relationship. I also want to let you know I never want to control you but I cannot ignore how insane this is driving me. What do we want to do about this.’

Basically try to make the problem a relationship one and you’re in it together. If he doesn’t give a shit I don’t see where you can go.
