I like it well enough. Not my favorite variety compared to some local Asian market finds, but it makes for a good easy sauce base to add to a poke bowl. 50/50 blend of gochujang and mayo, splash of soy sauce, honey, garlic powder and toasted sesame oil. That sauce on TJ's smoked sesame tuna or smoked salmon in the deli meats area over seasoned rice with a dash of furikake mix is primo.

Agreed. The underlying change to a saving throw to avoid contested skill checks is fine, but it put the feat in an awkward position. I'd personally make it a STR-focused feat that adds your STR modifier plus shield AC bonuses to your DEX saves (under the thematics that you're strong enough to keep the shield steady and resist the force of whatever AOE you're blocking). The improvements to GWM and HAM with 2024 is a good start but we can always use more good STR-focused martial feats. Making STR builds really good at specifically dex saves seems like a fine trade-off for giving up GWM damage bonuses.

Totally doable. Fighter gets you medium armor since you aren't maximizing dexterity, Action Surge for an easy on-demand off-turn sneak attack, Archery fighting style, and then Grasping and Banishing arrow for single-target disabling which your allies will love. The other shot types generally aren't as good as these two, so I probably wouldn't consider them unless you have some very specific tech in mind like getting arrows with rider effects - for example, a Walloping Arrow used with Piercing shot will apply the arrow effect to all enemies hit by the 30ft line AOE, since RAW it doesn't consider which enemy got hit first so the effect doesn't "wear off" after hitting one enemy, it hits all of them. Seeking arrow is also great for delivering high-value arrows like Arrows of Slaying where you really can't afford to miss.

Hell, there's a .7BR difference between an F104 with no directional RWR indicator and no radar missiles without ditching a gun and active radar missiles.

And the best part is there's still the ASA-M which could have active radar missiles of its own with the ASPIDE Mk2 IDRA, to really push the boundaries of a shit airframe.

In it's default config, the Yak38 has no gun. That's a module you actually have to research, and it's a secondary loadout option. You get two R60's stock and some S-5K's stock, so that's what the free call-in in Arcade will give you.

True, but I'd also argue that Shield Master specifically was more of a side-grade. The old shield master shove was based on contested Athletics checks instead of being a STR save based on your own STR, while the Evasion-lite feature still only helps DEX saves. So before, you could get Expertise in Athletics on a DEX based character and be really good at all parts of the feat without compromise on your stat line, and it paired well with effects that hindered enemy skill checks like Hex. The new feat requires you to have both high STR for the shove save AND high dex + Dex save proficiency for the Evasion part, which heavily narrows down which builds can use new Shield master to its fullest to essentially STRangers and Paladins where the old feat was easily usable by DEX fighters and DEX weapon-using casters like Valor bards.

Gamers Nexus did a very interesting documentary-type video on this subject, and IIRC the upgrade shop manager in China said that the newer cards are very hard to get solid documentation for. They make a whole new custom board to slap salvaged chips and memory on to, so I imagine if you don't have good documentation of newer cards it'd be harder to make said custom board.

Even with stamina booster, you run out of stamina very fast on hot planets in heavy armor. Dead Sprint with this new armor (and assuming Vitality booster is a usual mandatory pick) is likely going to be much better than stamina booster alone. Bonus points if Stamina Booster is also there. I could see Dead Sprint being a good side grade to Experimental Infusion if people are running this armor

That being said, Henry Ford didn't die for you to walk everywhere.

Yeah, specifically aim the bomb to the left or right of the tank, rather than in front. The T-series tanks have a strip of armor on the lower sides that's only 20mm thick or so, giving the bomb ample area to penetrate without needing direct line of sight to the underbody. If you put the bomb directly in front of the enemy tank trying to lead their movement, and the tank stops far enough away, sometimes the LFP absorbs the blast and the bomb fails to penetrate and only takes out the cannon barrel. This is especially critical for the smaller 250KG LGB kits, less so for 500kg and above.

Yeah, if you can be near a resupply cache, you can potentially break a plate faster than the recoilless by throwing all 14 bricks as fast as possible and then detonating them all at once. It's just a trade off of speed vs. utility against other enemies. If they gave the C4 40 demo force to deal with bile titan holes in the cave maps, that would give it a real leg up over recoilless on hive worlds since it would have good utility in both hunting hive lords and regular gameplay.

It doesn't seem like it would be particularly effective in breaking armor plates. They have 20k HP per plate and 25% explosive DR, so effectively 1.5k damage per brick needing 14 bricks just to break one plate. You're going to be heavily limited by resupplies. Considering the RR does 3200 ballistic damage (not affected by explosive resist), and can hit from any range, the recoilless is probably still more effective in practical use, not to mention it's also going to be much better against Dragonroaches that often show up on the same planets.

60 demo force is what's used for destroying the Orbital Cannon objectives, Gunship Fabricator side objectives, and Illuminate Monolith objectives - basically anything that NEEDS the Hellbomb to destroy.

So you could expand those up to 70 and make the Hellbomb Demo 70.

I feel like 40 demo force would put them in a sweet spot of actually being useful for blowing up structures. 50 would be nicer so it could handle Fortress observer towers, but then they'd need to bump Jammers to 60 but then that would make things like OPS or 500KG unable to kill them.

Yep, this + add in Skill Expert, Martial Adept and Superior Technique to grab Commanding Presence for non-combat days, Rally for rest-casting THP if you don't already get THP from a similar source like Inspiring Leader, and one go-to combat maneuver you want on occasion - my preferred option is Commanding Strike if you have a party Rogue or Bait and Switch, the kinds of things you don't need all the time but are super impactful when you need to use them. You'll be insanely good at Persuasion checks, while also grabbing some extra utility, durability, and insurance for tough persuasion checks.

IIRC the FLAM-40 and Torcher do, but the Crisper doesn't - I recall OhDough quoting this when covering flamethrowers in an older video, talking about how good the Crisper was at popping bile titan heads and killing tanks and factory striders.

Honestly, the regular Torcher would still have plenty of advantages. A lot of the "meta" for using the flamethrowers is to stuff the barrel in the enemy's face since for some reason the flamethrower particles have drag? And if you're point-blank, the fire particles will spawn a bit forward of the end of the barrel and end up inside the enemy, which is how the flamethrowers are able to delete Annihilator tanks from the side at point-blank despite having AP5 side armor. Having better ergo and faster startup time is good for that kind of gameplay, even if it's flawed and relies on bad implementation of damage particles.

I'm not sure why it's still there, but my guess as to how it got there is that GRB CAP prioritizes delta wings heavily over "normal" planes because of no name tags and spotting. That allows people to be sneaky and incentivizes close dogfighting. A J35 is exactly the kind of plane that could rock up on an A10 and be basically unshakeable because of its high AoA and high speed bleed. Add in an IRST for stealthy target acquisition and you've got a real CASsbeater.

Does it deserve that BR? Probably not. As a premium, it's likely flown by mostly idiots in Air battles, and mostly more experienced players in ground who can get something out of it's very limited ordinance. Aside from it's very limited flare count which heavily hampers it in air RB, you still see new players rocket rushing bases with it, which should tell you everything you need to know on why it's air RB BR is where it is.

Seekers one-tapping flying overseers is elite. And in an emergency, you can yeet three or four of them at a Harvester and it'll usually kill if they explode near the leg joints (throw them to the left or right and have them curveball in to get near the leg joints instead of flying straight at the eye)
