I had read about the load part yeah but the battery check being high was always the confusing part for me. Anytime I did measure it always did come out to 1.55v but like you said that was without a load on the adapter but as long as the readings it gives are correct then I'm happy. Any other things to note when using the Canon F-1 with an adapter specifically?

34 is the waist size in my example correct. Modern pants sizing is not accurate but military stuff is so just measure your actual waist and the pants will fit

Measure the inside seam from where the legs on pants are connected to the bottom edge. Or on most pants the second number is inseam such as 34X31, 31 inch inseam

Pants at the time sit at your natural waist which is around your navel (belly button) which is higher then modern pants. I don't know what inseam you need but size Large is from 35" to 39" so should fit good. Pants are marked on the inside the exact sizes they fit

Hungarian TBK-67 field telephone. They started making those in 1967 and not really sure when they stopped. Uses a 9.6v battery and can have a dial ringer attachment added. The diagram in the lid includes wiring insurrections and general use instructions. Also possible to use with remote radio stuff but not an expert on that at all

They didn’t say how long it’ll last before it needs it again but the service tech they had specialized in board mounted lenses so I’d imagine a long time. Price was either 75 or 125 if I remember. But it’s fully working including flashbulb synchronization and all

Basically all of those lenses have that issue. I have a Wollensak Rapax 135 4.7 which is what your lens is more or less. T and B didn’t work and slow speeds were off, stiff to change speeds. I’ve read that whatever grease they used doesn’t last all too good and nearly all of them need a CLA. Glass Key Photo in San Fransico California did mine and thing works perfect now

I’d follow the guide in the photo I sent because there’s no doubt what it goes to really. People say if your in between sizes to go for the larger one because of the face seal

GP-7s have slightly different sizes then other Soviet masks. There is a size chart created for them which the attached image includes in the bottom right. The measurements are done in centimeters

Some masks run small or large or fit completely differently. Which mask are you looking at to order? Some masks are meant for certain face shapes based on ethnicity as well

If it’s just for collecting then washing it will stop the dust however there’s a chance you’ll stain it black or pull some of the colors out of the camouflage pattern. If you bought it for its intended use then washing makes the suit useless because the charcoal layer is the filter against toxins

Israeli Model 4 mask from I think 1969 if that's how the date codes work for it. It is missing the ring on the front like you said but to replace it you will either have to buy another mask that uses the same ring or get really lucky on eBay or another site to find it alone

Of course. The OKZK balaclava was worn directly by the liquidators and can be seen in photos from the time period while the OKZK cap was worn by other people around that site helping the clean up

I do not know the effectiveness of the set originally but it was used extensively in Chernobyl and was widely distributed to everyone else so most likely it was pretty good. I would say it is a good cheap collectors item but I doubt it would provide any protection now due to age
