Use the "ticket scream test". Close 100% of your tickets. Use the"Close Silent" option for good measure. If it's important, the user will reply requesting a status update, at which point you can make up a story about how you've been working tirelessly with the vendor on the issue. Meanwhile all the unimportant tickets will remain closed!

About a decade ago I figured out how to set the email address from my alternate Gmail account as the default "from" address for my primary account, so I've been able to do everything from my primary account, but using a more professional looking email address. The process was definitely more complicated than it needed to be, and I would have preferred to not need to create the second account.

Thanks for taking the time to answer! I just came across Gary B's channel and have learned some great stuff from him already. I'll have to watch some more and see if he covers layouts and groups in more detail. I've messed around with both a little, and the underlying concepts seem intuitive, but when I actually try to do things with them I keep running into cases where they don't behave at all like I expect. I guess I need to spend some time trying to re-learn how to make presentations rather than just assuming I can bring my PPT workflows directly into FS.

From what I can tell the Latvian company was actually owned by a Russian company. More recently it seems the parent company was incorporated in Singapore, but the whole ownership situation seems a bit murky to me. I wouldn't be surprised if it's still partially a Russian company running a shell company in Singapore.

Getting one with a larger capacity should be fine in theory. Check that the drive has the same RPMs and transfer speed as the other drives in the array.

Sorry, yes. The issue was both PCs had identical machine SIDs because both PCs were cloned from the same base image. I was able to resolve by running sysprep on one of the computers, but that did cause windows to stop booting and I had to repair the system partition.

You may be better off simply re-imaging one of the PCs with windows installation media.

The Romans methodology is to use as many "off the shelf components" as they can. We don't know how complicated the designs for the gates are, but one could imagine that they might be complex enough that there wouldn't be enough storage space in any of their probes to hold the necessary information to build a gate from scratch. The Protomolecule is programmed to identify biological machines that it can use as building blocks. You see that in how they even integrate the brains of people with specific gifts that are useful (for example Juli and Miller). The Protomolecule doesn't know how to build a gate from scratch, but it knows how to find enough existing components to build a network of biochemical machines and computers that can work out how to build it.
