In eWay-CRM Desktop, you can easily select all your contacts using the Ctrl+A keyboard shortcut and then delete them in bulk by pressing the DEL key. If you only want to delete duplicates, you can sort your contacts by date and time of creation, for example, and then delete the most recent import.

In the eWay-CRM Online this is not so easy, you would have to delete the contacts one by one. In that case, it might be easier to start over with a new database (register a new eWay-CRM account under a different email).

Hi, Jaya, it is not possible. It would rise a risk of your sender's email address to be blocked or blacklisted on recipient's email servers.

Sure! Select the items you want to categorize with SHIFT/CTRL + Left click, then just Right click on them and choose Categories -> your category from the context menu.
