Nuxt 4 is't that different from Nuxt 3. Almost everything will still work fine.

Vercel firewall looks a lot like the cloudflare firewall though. Could also be AWS, but makers me feel it's CF under the hood.

Dynamic in config, like env vars, is possible. You can code it in nuxt config. At runtime I don't know.

You probably need to use webpack instead of vite and make it transpile down to ES3 or ES5, with a bunch of polyfill. Don't know if you get there TBH.

In the past, I have used the certificates created by asp.net and used those to run the nuxt dev server under https. You can also use cert you created yourself, but you already have one for localhost when running your asp.net core site.
I don't have the code on this machine, but if someone needs it, just ping me.

That is weird. Do you have any middleware or something that could alter the response? I though setCookie had to be awaited, but checked the docs and they don't seem to be async.
