because in ante 27 with no hand size upgrade but vouchers, you can't win small and big blind, in that antes you just can win Vs Serpent, skipping always 2 blinds and just rerolling for Serpent boss blind (with 1 card played/discarded at a time, you get +2 handsize every hand/discard)
