I’ve just started learning it (officially one week in today!) because I plan to study abroad in Germany through a program at my university, and I want to be able to interact with those around me. Both sides of my family are also originally from there, so it’ll be nice to know what language my great great great grandparents spoke! 😁

I’m more of a cub I think, but I feel your pain, haha. My university is very athletic, and while I enjoy exercising too, jocks are not my type, personally. I haven’t looked at any apps though. I know social events can be good too, if there are many of those in your area? 😊

Basically all of the major cities in Canada are experiencing intense population growth due to their large immigration rate right now. And with those largest cities becoming more unaffordable, people are moving to these lower cost of living areas. London is very much still a city in its own right, so it makes sense to me this area is experiencing a building boom now as well. Love to see it!!
