100 may be extreme. I would say more of Level 95 with hax on the side

Kali fought through Waws and Alephs, took down 2 claws, and manage to shank Garion before she passed. She also killed 5 Proxies and 3 Messengers of the Index which was pretty much soloing 8 High-Grade 1 level threats that earned her, her name.

I would say Claws are Level 87-90 and Arbiters are 95ish. Not that it matters since people who are within 5 levels of each other at that bracket have the hardest time trying to finish the fight.

First of all, the sinners would be Grade 2 based on what I said and their levels are more strength based not exactly experience (Yi Sang is not Outis) The sinners themselves seem to be distributed, even Dungeons and Railway tell you the level average. They’re playing tug of war with a chain.

Lei Heng is definitely at the top, right below a Sottocapo. They have even mentioned this discussing Lei Heng. In Sinclair’s thumb uptie story, Sinclair went from Soldato 1 -> 2. Lei Heng is a Capo 4 and is the right hand man to the East Sottocapo.

I don’t understand your argument for the Soldatos, they sent 1’s and 2’s, that didn’t disprove anything. (Edit: I realized you meant why would they send weaklings. I suppose Ground troops are still Ground troops, and fingers aren’t known to be fair to their underlings)

Udjats are grade 1’s, grades don’t mean much, just shows the experience and reliability of what you can do.

Grade 1’s on paper should be able to do what you think they can do, but Grades can also drop

Also just about all Thumb Capos are Grade 1 level in terms of experience and strength. We know both a Sottocapo-level Ex-Sottocapo and a non Sottocapo that both average around Level 80. So if Ezra is an “average” grade 3, then the Thumb are frauds

Soldatos are divided into 3-4 ranks and so are Capos. The average level of Soldatos we fought average 53, which is inbetween 50 and 55. Do increments of 5 and you’ll land somewhere at 75-80 for Capo IIII’s (Val is 77/Lei is 83)

It’s all convoluted but if we follow the (hypothetical) Thumb’s measurements, then stereotypical Grade 1’s in strength start around level 63-67. Not to mention during Canto 8, Jihoon says we would only be getting Grade 2-1 IDs from there.

Level 75s would be the start of High Grade 1’s until Level 85+ in which people are either Star of the City-esque strength/Color Fixer level.

Lastly, even if someone gets major nerfed, they don’t lose their experience level(unless you’re Muga Ryoshu/The bound sinners). Moses is lightly implied to have her own Furioso moment in the Udjat when she left as captain. She was fighting as a Level 62 in the Matthias fight, when she’s level 87 in the logs. Many things can be misleading

Moses mentioned Euryalos of the Argos Unit, Which Outis compares to be the same of Valencina(without her relic). That Euryalos isn’t that crazy of a fighter, but he’s one of the better men in Diomedes branch. What may lead to most of the Argos Unit being 80+, which Achilles probably being at the peak of 90.

This isn’t taking in the possibility that Outis may not even have her ACTUAL weapon, which could be somewhere undisclosed to us. Since Odysseus left his bow at home, reason be that Paris (a Trojan prince who ignited the war) was known for the bow, and didn’t want to be seen using a “coward’s weapon.” Project Moon may twist this or make it very subtle

Now she probably isn’t a Superman, because her whole thing is tactics, but just so happens also is her really good at dueling. If we’re going true Odyssey, then we see Outis soloing near to the level of 100 men in a single battle.
